We have noticed common phrases used by businesses such as "customer loyalty," "customer service" and "customer appreciation" have decreased in meaning and value in proportion to a company's size.
The smaller stores and companies whose owners value every customer and are responsive to their needs and concerns are getting edged out, bought out and squashed by the larger (monopolistic) companies. They know you have nowhere else to go and use that to their advantage in their manipulation of you!

In Politics
GotGripe believes the elected politicians and appointed officials should be held accountable for their promises and actions. The promises made to you in campaign slogans ("Change you can believe in," "No child left behind," etc…) should be fulfilled instead of used to acquire your vote. The corruption that exists in towns across this country should be brought to light and stamped out through openness, honesty and integrity!

In Daily Life
GotGripe believes people you come across in everyday situations (ie, waiting in lines, walking in crowded spaces, talking on the phone, sitting in traffic, etc.) should be more courteous and thoughtful.
