- The event should have happened to you, not hearsay
- Based on fact, no made-up information or B.S. - honesty is key to openness!
Conciseness
- You should be able to make your point without a bunch of fluff so others can understand the meat of your Gripe and not lose attention
Specificity
- List company, names, dates, places, makes, models, quotations, etc.
- Tell why X-company, politician, or person sucks so others may comment
Targeting
- Explain the Gripe not the circumstance or symptom(s) of the problem
- Be calm, but with an in-your-face tone
Integrity
- Stand up for yourself and your rights!
